More about Colorado State University

Create and share knowledge

What makes a Colorado State University education unique? It's that CSU’s faculty members are not only creating the latest knowledge, they're sharing that knowledge with you as their student. You'll apply what you learn in lectures to research opportunities.

You'll work closely with world-class faculty who are highly qualified and have received numerous awards and grants for their research. 82% of undergraduate classes have fewer than 50 students. In fact, the CSU student-to-faculty ratio is just 16:1.

Choose from CSU's nationally and internationally recognized programs that will empower you to connect with employers. We want you to be able to succeed in a global and diverse employment market. With our support, you will have the tools you need to make an impact in your degree field.

Your CSU experience

CSU degree programs are designed to bring you together with faculty. Industry mentors ensure that you have the opportunity to explore your interests and obtain valuable experience. Your application of newly gained knowledge will greatly enhance your learning and prepare you to achieve your professional goals.

The Office of International Programs will coordinate services for you while you are in the US. You can get cultural and educational programming, immigration services and community outreach from this office.

The Office of International Student and Scholar Services, the Council of International Student Affairs and the Fort Collins International Center offer a variety of programs to help you adjust to living in the US. These services address your cultural adjustment needs, academic success, immigration benefit processing, health and wellness topics and re-entry issues. Special programs on campus enhance the cross-cultural interactions between you and US students. Community outreach programs help you build friendships and develop understanding among your friends.

"It was important that I had a soft landing. It really set the tone for my undergraduate program. If it weren’t for INTO CSU I would've had a much rockier start at college." Jasir Mayat, Pakistan
