Get support wherever you go

We want to make sure you are comfortable and happy throughout your time at Colorado State University. When you’re here, it’s more than just academics. Our support services are here to help from the moment you step off the airplane and into your new home. Our orientation program will give you all the information you need to get started. Your mentor in the Global Village Learning Community program will always be available to answer any questions. CSU’s security and wellness centers will do their best to make sure you are safe and healthy.

Schoolwork solutions made simple

We want to help you be as successful as possible while you study in Colorado. We have Student Engagement Ambassadors to help you learn how to understand your classmates or roommates, communicate with teachers and navigate daily life. They also help you overcome transitional language and culture shock in the US. If you're an Academic English or General English student, you will have conversation partners during your English classes to practice speaking English with fluent speakers.

We also offer an amazing program to help you integrate into American culture called the Link INTO CSU Transition and Mentoring program.

Our goal is to help you get the most from your experience in the US and to succeed academically. INTO offers a high level of personalized service to ensure your success, including 24-hour emergency phone service.

Coordinators, instructors and advisors are dedicated to supporting your academic performance and a Student Case Manager will be dedicated to helping you with any personal matters. Housing Coordinators are here to assist you with on-campus housing reservations, changes, requests and questions while student Ambassadors help you get connected to campus.

CSU Active Campus Community

Students thrive in our welcoming campus community

Make living easier

At CSU academics are just the beginning. We also want to make sure your quality of life is the best it can possibly be. Hang out with your friends and participate in clubs and organizations in the Lory Student Center, which gets thousands of visitors every day.

Get around campus and Fort Collins easily with the public bus system, which is free for students. CSU is a pedestrian- and bicycle-friendly campus. As a student, you'll have free access to mass transit options. If you need a doctor, visit the CSU Health Network which provides a full range of medical, mental health, health education and preventative care for students on campus. More than 50 spiritual and religious groups and quiet rooms across campus are available to you on campus.
