Here for you when you need us
From the moment you apply, you’re safe in our hands. We want you to have the best study abroad experience possible. When you step off the plane, we’ll be waiting to welcome you to the UK. When you graduate, we’ll be there cheering you on.
You'll have daily support from your academic tutors and Centre staff. But when the day ends, our support doesn’t. You’ll be given an emergency telephone number and support in your accommodation for help, day or night.
The University staff are also there to help. Can’t connect to Wi-Fi and need to Skype home? Don’t worry, the IT Helpdesk will help you connect. Need help finding a book? Ask one of the library staff, who will be happy to help.
The University Careers Service can help you find a part-time job, if your visa allows it. You can also get help with your CV or resume and applications for jobs or courses.
The International Student Support Service is open every weekday for appointments and drop-in sessions. You can ask them for help with any visa questions you might have.
