Our Living-Learning communities

Living on campus will be one the best experiences during your time in the US. All first-year students at Oregon State University live on campus, making it a welcoming, supportive and exciting place to be. You'll find many academic resources in the halls: tutors, academic coaches or even study groups. The housing staff will be available to you anytime during the day if you need help. Living in the dorms is a great way to make new friends!

Benefits of living on campus

Everything you need for a successful academic year is right here. Your room is fully furnished with a bed, nightstand, desk, chair, lamp and wardrobe. Arriving late? No worries. You'll find a linen package including bed sheets, pillowcase, pillow, blanket, towel and washcloth. Residence halls offer a variety of amenities to make your stay more comfortable.

Single gender floors and wings are available on campus as well as prayer and spiritual spaces. Halal food options are also available in all dining centers.

If you plan to live off campus, you should arrive 1-2 weeks before your program start date and bring enough money to cover the cost of setting up your new home.
