Support outside of the classroom
The Office of Student Advocacy, Rights and Conduct guides students through the university system. The office can direct you towards campus and community resources, food and school supplies during financial strain, referrals for long-term care, and a variety of other solutions to obstacles you may face. They can help you understand the various policies and procedures within the university such as academic appeals, judicial appeals, grievances, mental health wellness, support for victims of sexual assault and domestic violence. The office can also help you connect you to the proper person or office to assist in negotiations or other aspects of problem-solving.
