More about the University of East Anglia

An amazing student experience

The University of East Anglia is a fantastic university where students can enjoy a thriving community atmosphere and a wealth of amazing life experiences.

Students have rated UEA in the 'top 5 for student experience' every year in the NSS since 2005. And in 2016 it was ranked first in the 'good environment on campus/around university' category in the Times Higher Education Student Experience Survey.

UEA’s beautiful parkland campus offers plenty of chances to relax between studies. You can spot rabbits on a nature walk, enjoy a barbecue by the lake, or take in the clean, fresh air while reading on the grass.

On-campus facilities includes a library open 24/7, a media suite, a film and TV studio, the award-winning Sportspark complex, twelve unique cafes and restaurants, and a mini-supermarket, bank and Post Office.
