INTO and the University of Exeter are offering scholarships for students starting their International Foundation, International Year One, and Graduate Diploma courses in September 2017 and January 2018.

Pro Vice-Chancellors’s Award for Academic Excellence

INTO and the University of Exeter are offering scholarships for students starting courses on all Pro Vice-Chancellors’s Award for Academic Excellence in September 2017 and January 2018.

Course/s: All international foundation pathways
Start dates September 2017
January 2018
Amount: 100% tuition fee (50% of this amount will be deducted from the International Foundation tuition fee and 50% will be deducted from the first year of tuition fees at the University of Exeter upon progression)
Availability: One per cohort - each College provides two awards each year
Eligibility: No application required, INTO specific, awarded on progression, Awarded to the highest achieving International Foundation progressor to each College

Pro Vice-Chancellors’s Scholarship 2017/18 (EMPS)

INTO and the University of Exeter are offering scholarships for students starting courses on the International Foundation in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science and Physical Sciences, or International Year One in Engineering courses in September 2017 and January 2018.

Course/s: International Foundation in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science and Physical Sciences
International Year One in Engineering
Start dates September 2017
January 2018
Amount: £5,000
Availability: Unlimited
Eligibility: No application required. Awarded to every student selecting Exeter as their 'firm choice' in UCAS progressing on to the College of Engineering, Maths and Physical Sciences to study any of the following courses:
  • BEng/MEng Engineering
  • BEng/MEng Civil Engineering
  • MEng Civil Engineering with Industrial Experience
  • MEng Civil Engineering with International Study
  • MEng Civil and Environmental Engineering
  • MEng Civil and Environmental Engineering with Industrial Experience

Conditions

Successful scholarship holders will be expected to:

  • Successfully meet all remaining conditions for entry to their chosen course
  • Successfully complete the course and progress to an eligible degree course at the University of Exeter
  • Maintain excellent attendance and complete all work during their course

  • Letter of offer
  • Latest academic transcript
  • Evidence of English proficiency
  • One page personal statement

All applications will be reviewed by a scholarship panel and successful applicants will be notified via the email address provided on the scholarship application.

Scholarships, discounts and bursaries awarded by INTO can't usually be combined. Students will be awarded the reduction that is most beneficial to them.
