Student life at SLU

As a SLU student, there are always ways you can get involved with both the campus and the community. It all starts at the Center for Global Citizenship, which serves as a way to bring together all international students. The center includes a student lounge with international media outlets and conference rooms with worldwide teleconferencing abilities.

You'll also be encouraged to serve and volunteer. In fact, more than 80% of SLU students volunteered during the previous academic year. Campus-wide service partnerships bring students together while benefitting the community.

Whether you want to grab a quick bite to eat in the residence hall or savor all the city has to offer, SLU and the surrounding neighborhoods have all the food choices you could want. Options such as vegan and vegetarian, halal and gluten-free are easily accessible from either the 22 on-campus or the countless off-campus dining facilities.
