Meet Pham Hoai Anh (Aimee) from Vietnam, who graduated with a first in BA Intercultural Communication with Business Management from UEA.

You received a scholarship from INTO UEA. What difference has this made for you?

When I asked for advice about applying to INTO from an education counsellor, I was given some information about scholarships that were available. Even though I thought it would be extremely difficult to get one, I decided to take a shot and hope for the best.

It felt like I had achieved something really big, more than I could ever imagine. Since receiving the scholarship from INTO I have been encouraged to have more confidence and motivation to continue my study in the next three years.

What do you think is the best thing about studying at INTO UEA?

The best thing about studying at INTO University of East Anglia is that I have the opportunity to study in a very active and supportive environment. With the help of the staff and teachers, and with the modern facilities, I have gained knowledge of new academic subjects, which I expect will help me a lot when I go to university.

The staff are helpful, the teachers are dedicated and I always found it comfortable to ask them about things that I didn't understand. And I have many new friends there from all over the world and they are all very nice.
