Graduate Pathway in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL)

An INTO USF Graduate Pathway program in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) will prepare you to enter your next semester of a master’s degree program at University of South Florida. After successfully completing the Pathway program, you are guaranteed to enter your next semester of study. This transition to university from an INTO program is called progression.

Flexible study plans if you can't travel overseas

We are accepting applications for all of our face-to-face courses for August/September 2020. If you are unable to travel to start one of our face-to-face courses, you have the opportunity to start your studies online and later transfer to study at your chosen campus when face-to-face teaching resumes.

TOEFL 79, IELTS 6.5, PTEA 53, or IELA 176 (169 in all subscores).

Age requirements: 16 years and above

No minimum age but must have proof of high school graduation

Academic requirements:

4-year undergraduate degree in Education. Equivalent of a 2.5 GPA out of 4.0. 2 years professional/educational experience
