Pre-Arrival Checklist!
It’s almost time to board a plane and start your new journey at Suffolk University in the heart of Boston! We have many resources to help you along the way. This is a simple checklist to help you stay on track and prepare for your arrival. If you need help or get stuck on any of the checklist items, email us at into@suffolk.edu. You can review the INTO Suffolk Welcome Guide to learn more about Suffolk, living in Boston, what to pack and much more.
Now that you have confirmed your place, complete these important steps!
Log into your Student Email account
You will be getting important emails to your unique Suffolk.edu email address. To log in to your Suffolk inbox you will need your credentials. You will get two emails from Suffolk Access that will provide you with your Student ID and Username. You should receive these emails starting from June 15, 2023 when you confirm your place. Check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see the email.
Once you get your credentials, this resource will help you log in to your Suffolk email account.

Finalize your housing
Living on campus? All INTO Suffolk International Year One, University Transfer Program, and Academic English+ International Year One students are required to live on-campus for two semesters or the duration of their program.
Note: Anyone studying with INTO who deposits with a housing guarantee will be sent their housing information around the first week of December. Any student who deposits after and is offered housing would likely be assigned on a rolling basis. These messages come from SU Res Life (Suffolk Residential Life).
