Undergraduate Transfer Program

If you’ve already completed college or university-level courses and want to transfer to Hofstra University, our 2-Semester/1-Semester Undergraduate Transfer Program (UTP) is for you. You’ll receive an estimate of transferable credits toward your degree before you start your program.

Degree Program Components:

  • 124-128 credit hour program
  • 1-Semester: 15 credit hours apply from UTP
  • 2-Semester: 31 credit hours apply from UTP
  • Credits remaining to degree depend on transfer credits applied

How do I qualify?

English language requirements:

IELTS 5.5, TOEFL 60, TOEFL Essentials 6.5, Duolingo 90, Password 6, or Completion of AE Level 4.

Academic requirements:

Minimum GPA of 2.5. High school diploma.Student must have a minimum 24 college/university transfer credits
