Combining your preparation studies with BSc Computer Science Professional Experience in a single five-year study plan. After successful completion of the first year, you'll continue directly to Year 1 of your degree at Queen's University Belfast.
If you do not meet the minimum entry requirements for this program, you should apply for an International Foundation for Science and Engineering.

How do I qualify?
English language requirements: |
IELTS 5.5 (with a minimum of 5.5 in all subskills) or equivalent. |
Age requirements: | 16 years and above All students commencing courses for the September start date must be 16 years old by 01 September of that calendar year, and therefore have turned 17 before 01 September of the year they progress to university. |
Academic requirements: | Completion of 12 years of schooling (or the local equivalent to meet the same standard) with good grades. All students must hold a GCSE grade 4/C Mathematics or equivalent. |
Entry requirements additional information: | In addition to the UKVI IELTS, INTO is able to accept other English language qualifications. What will I study?
During Year 1 of the study plan you complete modules tailored to your chosen degree subject.
How will I be assessed?
Progress is monitored by continuous assessment of coursework and by the use of class tests. The final grade for each unit is based on a mixture of coursework and end-of-course examinations.
Assessment during Year 1 of your study plan will be by:
- Coursework (prepared assignments, unit tests, experimental reports, computer use).
- Mid-course and end-of-course examinations.
