Graduate Pathway in Artificial Intelligence (AI Background or Non-AI Background)
INTO SLU’s Graduate Pathway program in Artificial Intelligence will prepare you to enter the second year of a master’s degree program at Saint Louis University.
Upon successful completion of the Graduate Pathway program and meeting university requirements for graduate admission, you may enter your next semester of graduate study at SLU. This transition from an INTO Graduate Pathway program to a university degree program is called progression.

TOEFL 75-79 (17 subscores in reading and writing), IELTS 6.0 (6.0 subscores in reading and writing), PTEA 50, TOEFL Essentials 8, or Duolingo 105 |
Academic requirements: | Undergraduate Degree or equivalent in Science, Technology, Engineering, & Mathematics (STEM) field.* GPA 2.75 on a 4.0 scale. Professional goal statement optional. Letters of recommendation optional. GRE optional. *A customized course of study for the Master of Science depends on prior STEM classes and/or work experience in math/statistics, programming, and data structures. Thus, the required credit hours to earn the Master of Science degree can range from 30 to 39 based on individual background. |
