Colin, Teacher of Politics
"We’re very accessible, it’s not like that at University, some students come back and tell me that to see their teacher at University they have to make an appointment online to see them two weeks later. We’re not like that, all my students have a copy of my timetable and I tell them to come and see me when I’m not teaching. They know they can come and ask, and we’ll find a room to sit and talk."

"The diversity is absolutely superb. You don’t get it anywhere else like you get it at INTO. Also, with what I teach; you’re trying to, in a supportive way, challenge the way students create knowledge and their reality. Challenge the way they understand why the world is like it is, and all different nations have their own narratives to explain why their countries are the way they are."

"It’s not really until students go to do the Masters that they realise, that everything they did at INTO has prepared them for it and that’s why we call it the Pre-Masters programme. When students do a Masters, they can get worried and anxious and it can be stressful, it’s not so much about the subject matter but it’s about the way you have to prove you know your subject. At INTO we give them all of these tools, it’s like giving them a big toolbox so when they go to do their Masters, they know what they’re doing."
