Where will it take me?
Combine business, management, financial management and accounting to enhance your skill set and broaden your career options in a range of international business sectors.
You’ll learn to understand the contexts in which accounting and financial management operate, and the technical language and practices in the industry. As well as developing a strong financial perspective, you’ll enhance your general management skills and be equipped to identify, analyze and evaluate business issues and problems.
The degree is recognized by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), meaning you will be exempt from certain papers of the ACCA examinations after successfully completing the program.
What will I study?
All students complete modules tailored to your chosen degree subjects.
How will I be assessed?
Assessment is a combination of formal examinations and assessed coursework. As an example, the 'Entrepreneurship' module will develop a business idea which will be ‘sold’ to a panel of judges in a final business pitch.
Your progress will be assessed through a combination of examinations and coursework, including:
- written examinations
- written coursework assignments
- practical exercises
- group and individual presentations
- research projects
- problem-solving exercises.
Grades from the Pre-Master's do not count towards your final degree, but help the university determine whether you meet the specified progression grades for direct entry to your chosen degree program.
