UoG takes a holistic approach to employability, which means looking at the bigger picture – employability skills are incorporated through the content of every course, with opportunities to complete work placements and get involved with live projects.

In the brand-new Business School, you’ll find the Growth Hub – where students work with local businesses to solve real-life problems, hear talks from guest lecturers, and make meaningful connections with future employers.

There is a dedicated team who will help you create ‘Your Future Plan’, matching workshops, placement opportunities and valuable industry links with your dream career path. You will also have your own personal tutor who will remain the same throughout your degree – they will support you with your studies, helping with become the best graduate you can be.

Safety and support in a beautiful location

Set in the idyllic countryside of the Cotswolds, the University is made up of three campuses throughout the towns of Cheltenham and Gloucester. Each campus specialises in a different field of study, with subject-specific libraries and unique facilities.

On every campus, you’ll find a ‘Helpzone’ – your one-stop-shop for help and advice of any kind, whether it be academic, personal, financial or otherwise. With 8% of the student body coming from overseas, you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy activities with other international students at the University, becoming part of a growing community of students from all over the world.
