NILE takes sexual harassment and misconduct seriously. This page is for reporting sexual harassment and misconduct, which you may do anonymously or with contact details using the forms linked below. Please note that anonymous reporting (i.e. reporting without contact information) may limit the follow-up action that is able to be taken. These report forms get sent directly to NILE’s Designated Safeguarding Person (DSP) and Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) and will be dealt with in a timely and confidential manner.
There are 2 ways you can make a report:
Please call 999 first if there is immediate danger to an individual.
You can choose to make a report by sharing your name and contact information. We recommend this method so we can support you and decide upon next steps.
Please be aware that we are unable to offer you support and are unlikely to be able to take direct action based on reports made anonymously.

NILE, as you may have seen in our logo, is ‘Part of the INTO Group’, meaning INTO are our sister company. INTO have developed an excellent online system for reporting sexual harassment and misconduct anonymously on their platform, which we are delighted to be able to provide to our course participants and staff. Please note that despite being on the INTO platform, all reports are sent directly to the NILE DSP and DSL only, and not seen or dealt with by INTO.
NILE’s general Safeguarding Policy can be found directly on our website here. [https://www.nile-elt.com/catalog?pagename=Policies]. For all other of NILE’s policies, please contact nile@nile-elt.com.
If you or someone else is in immediate danger, please call the emergency services on 999. Alternatively, if it not an emergency, you can contact the Police on 101.
