Future Leaders scholarships
Save up to £9,000 on your degree at The University of Manchester, receiving a £3,000 tuition fee discount per year of study.
To be eligible to apply, you must:
Have successfully completed, or be due to successfully complete, the International Foundation in partnership with The University of Manchester (The University of Manchester pathway) in the 2025-26 academic year.
Hold an unconditional offer of a study place at The University of Manchester for a degree that will commence in September 2026, by 31 August 2026.
Please note: Sponsored students are not eligible. You must be a self-funding international student. Applicants for BA (Hons) Architecture are also not eligible.
Application Process:
Applicants will be considered for the awards based on a combination of academic merit, attendance, engagement in extra-curricular activities and the quality of their scholarship application.
Scholarship awards will be applied as a tuition fee discount once enrolment at The University of Manchester is confirmed.
In order to receive the scholarship in Year 2 and Year 3, awardees must achieve an average score of 60% and participate in at least 3 brand ambassador activities in each of the preceding academic years.
Full details of the application and selection process will be shared with enrolled students in spring 2026.
Successful awardees will be notified in early September 2026.
