English language requirements
As well as academic entry requirements, each course will also have a required level of English. Your chosen degree or pathway program's English language requirement will vary depending on the subject, university and course length.
As a rough guide, you'll need a minimum of IELTS 4.0 or equivalent to study a Foundation program in one of our UK centers, a minimum of IELTS 5.0 or equivalent to study at one of our US centers, and a minimum of IELTS 5.5 or equivalent to study at our Australian partner.
If you don't have a high enough IELTS score to enter one of our pathway programs, you can study one of our English language courses which will help to boost your score.
Application deadlines
Most of our UK centers can still accept students up until the course begins. In the US, you'll need to confirm your place six weeks before the start date to ensure you don't miss any classes. In Australia, the application deadline will depend on your nationality/citizenship – UWA College will provide details of when you'll need to confirm your place by.
You'll also need to get a visa – this can take several weeks depending on where you live and whether you are applying to the UK, US or Australia.
