The INTO Washington State University Pathway and English language programs are designed to help you improve your academic and English language skills. We back that up with support services like free tutoring, academic advising, orientation activities, test preparation classes and wellness support.


Get to know your campus

We are thrilled to welcome you to WSU. From airport pick-up upon your arrival in the US to helping you settle into life at WSU, your first few days will be spent in international student orientation. Here, all of your questions will be answered. For questions about classes, our academic advising team can help you. If you're looking for help with with housing and dining, we'll make sure you have a comfortable place to call home and meals that fit your tastes. Orientation is also a good opportunity to meet fellow international students, as well as the staff and faculty who are here to serve you throughout your time here.


Academic support at WSU

Need more help? Visit one of our Student Centers. These learning communities promote understanding and appreciation for cultural and ethnic diversity. At each center, you can find academic support and build strong, lasting friendships. Want a comfortable place to relax? Head to the International Center. Here you can find other international students socializing or studying in the lounge area. The Academic Enrichment Center helps students improve academic performance. The Academic Success and Career Center as well as the Math Learning Center provide career guidance or tutoring services for a variety of subjects.

Your life at WSU

It’s not all work and no fun at WSU. For off-campus adventures, INTO WSU plans social events throughout the year. Explore the beautiful Palouse region and the state of Washington while making new American and international friends. Need to get around town? A car is not essential. WSU students use Pullman’s excellent public transit system free of charge, and our bike-sharing program makes it easier for you to get to where you want to go.
